Britney has reportedly been charged with a hit and run as well as driving without a licence in Los Angeles. The charges relate to an incident that took place back on August 6th.

   What a joke, they say she “RAMMED” the other car. She turned to wide and hit it. From what I could see on the video there was very little damage. The paparazzi was there, big surprise, cameras in her face the whole time. She should have left a note. BUT she could replace the damn car and not think twice about it. She has cameras in her face constantly. She had to be frazzled. I wonder how she would get on if she didnt have to dodge the Paparazzi every time she moved. Its getting STUPID, how they follow her around!! Get on to something else. The girl needs help but what they are doing is the LAST thing she needs.
